This Monday, a delegation of important clients from Malaysia visited our company for an on-site inspection, focusing on in-depth discussions regarding the procurement of 50,000 square meters of geomembrane for a dam project. This visit not only allowed the clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of our production capabilities and product quality but also facilitated the initial agreement on cooperation, laying a solid foundation for future mutually beneficial collaboration.

On-site Inspection: Witnessing Recognition of Core Strength

Accompanied by company representatives, the Malaysian clients toured the geomembrane production workshop, quality inspection center, R&D laboratory, and finished product storage area. Inside the production workshop, the automated production lines operated at high speed, with each step—from raw material proportioning and extrusion molding to calendering and winding—operating in an orderly manner. The clients carefully observed the geomembrane production process, inquiring in detail about key information such as raw material procurement channels, production process parameters, and production capacity. Upon learning that our company uses imported high-density polyethylene (HDPE) raw materials and that our production lines are equipped with industry-leading equipment, with an annual production capacity exceeding one million square meters, the clients gave high praise.

At the quality inspection center, the client focused on reviewing the various performance test data of the geomembrane. Our quality inspectors demonstrated key testing items such as tensile strength testing, aging resistance testing, and puncture resistance testing on-site. All indicators far exceeded industry standards and the specific requirements of the Malaysian dam project. The client representative stated, "We have visited geomembrane manufacturers in many countries. Your company's refined production process and strict quality control give us full confidence in applying your products to the dam seepage prevention project."

Precise Matching, Customized Solutions Meet Needs

During the meeting, the Malaysian client detailed the basic situation of the dam project: This dam is a crucial regional water conservancy project, placing extremely high demands on the geomembrane's seepage prevention performance, weather resistance, and service life. They plan to purchase 50,000 square meters of geomembrane for dam foundation seepage prevention and slope protection.

In response to the client's needs, our technical team, considering the project's characteristics, provided a customized geomembrane solution. The solution explicitly uses a 1.5mm thick high-density polyethylene geomembrane. This product boasts excellent resistance to UV aging, chemical corrosion, and tear strength, making it suitable for Malaysia's tropical climate and offering a service life of over 20 years. Simultaneously, the technical team engaged in in-depth discussions with the client regarding geomembrane installation processes, welding standards, and post-installation maintenance, providing comprehensive technical support.

The client highly praised the customized solution, believing it fully considered the project's unique and complex aspects, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and perfectly meeting project requirements. Both parties reached a preliminary consensus on product pricing, delivery time, and after-sales service, agreeing to expedite the contract signing process.
